excellent stay!
quiet night friendly staff great pool modern room
this hotel was quiet at night. the staff was very friendly! the pool was great. modern rooms were clean. the food was reasonably priced.
The bathroom setup was not really for me. The shower made the entire floor wet. it could use an enclosure to prevent that.

modern hotel breakfast buffet softest beds
the hotel was modern. i found all the facilities comfortable. the breakfast buffet had good variety and the softest beds provided excellent rest. i really appreciated the perfect cleanliness throughout the premises. the staff were always helpful.
the walls are not very thick. i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms! though the location was central, this sometimes meant external visitors.

charmed by my stay!
excellent staff accessible room
The staff helped me with my husband, especially due to his disability. It was lovely. our wheelchair accessible room included a great wet room and grab rails, very convenient. the shuttle bus ran hourly, a super feature for getting around. the food had a really nice mixture of thai and western options.

i stayed in a beautiful double room with a pool view and it was perfect! it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very practical. there were ample towels and toiletries provided daily, fantastic.

The hotel is situated within a 10-minute walk to entertainment areas. That's super! it has easy access to many restaurants and bars. the surrounding area felt safe and secure, a real plus.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast offered a great buffet with very reasonable price. The location was great and my room was quite nice.
Cleaning of the room took a long time each day. The pool needs some work. The tiles are falling off. The towels in the room seemed pretty old.
